On May 16, 2025, Anhui Power Win New Material Technology Co., Ltd. and Donghua University's Chemical Fiber Engineering Research Team held a cooperation meeting at Donghua's Songjiang Campus.

Deep integration of industry, university and research jointly draws a blueprint for green development

On May 16,2025, Anhui Power Win New Material Technology Co., Ltd. and the chemical fiber engineering research team of Donghua University successfully held a cooperation docking meeting in the conference room of Songjiang Campus of Donghua University. Anhui Power Win chairman Shi Yiche, chief engineer Xing Chaodong, SHEIN representative Zhu Wenyu, Lin Gengyu, and chemical fiber engineering research team led by Donghua University researcher Wang Huaping participated in the meeting. The meeting carried out in-depth exchanges on the development of recycled fiber technology, industry-university-research cooperation, and the implementation plan of the 10,000-ton pilot line, and reached a number of cooperative consensus.

Scientific research has brought the industry 's renewable fiber technology to a new level

At the meeting, the chemical fiber engineering research team of Donghua University demonstrated its core advantages in the field of fiber materials. After Dr. Zhang Shengming, the team has made breakthroughs in the fields of fiber material modification and functional fiber research and development, especially in the process optimization of regenerated fibers and the development of smart fibers. Associate researcher Ji Peng further said that the team has developed intelligent fibers with temperature response and humidity response functions, and has made innovations in the upgrading technology of recycled fibers, expanding the application space in textile, medical, aerospace and other fields.

Anhui Power Win Chairman Shi Yiche introduced the core business of the enterprise-to produce high-quality liquid color fiber with recycled PET waste plastic as raw material, and put forward the hope that through cooperation with Donghua University, we can break through the existing technical bottlenecks, develop high value-added functional products, and further expand market competitiveness. In this regard, Wang Huaping, a researcher at Donghua University, said that the two sides will focus on three directions : First, optimize the production process of recycled fibers, reduce costs and increase efficiency ; the second is to jointly develop new functional fibers ; the third is to establish a talent training and technical exchange mechanism to transport professional talents for the industry.

The meeting focused on the Anhui Power Win ten thousand tons pilot line drive scheme. Chief engineer Xing Chaodong introduced the equipment configuration and process flow of the pilot line in detail. Associate Professor Ou Kangkang of Donghua University put forward suggestions from a technical point of view, emphasizing the need to strictly control equipment debugging, raw material quality and production safety. The two sides agreed on details such as personnel arrangement and quality control, and formulated emergency plans to ensure the smooth commissioning of the pilot line.

In the summary stage of the meeting, all parties agreed that the docking meeting laid a solid foundation for the deep integration of industry, university and research. Researcher Wang Huaping said that this cooperation will promote the regeneration of fiber technology from laboratory to industrialization, which will help to achieve the goal of ' double carbon '. The chairman of Shiyi Automobile expects to push the recycling of waste plastics to a higher level through technological upgrading. In addition, SHEIN, as a partner, may play a bridge role in market expansion in the future.

The two sides will set up a special working group to promote cooperation and plan to launch the first joint R & D project within this year. This cooperation not only injects innovative impetus into the fiber new material industry, but also highlights the social responsibility of universities and enterprises to promote green development in coordination, and provides a new paradigm for the improvement of the circular economy industrial chain.
